Recent independent testing on steel in a four stage spray line shows this product is capable of giving a staggering 700 hour neutral salt spray performance on steel. On aluminium under the same conditions, it is capable of giving over 3000 hours neutral spray performance.
  
• HOW DOES ZPAD DIFFER FROM TRADITIONAL CONVERSION COATING TECHNOLOGY ? ZPAD contains only a small amount of phosphate making it more suitable for use in areas where discharge limits on phosphate are very low, areas such as East Anglia and South Wales. It is fully built, ie: cleans and treats in a single stage, it is also extremely efficient meaning that very little, if any, sludge is produced and usages are low. ZPAD operates at a maximum of 30C
