How to clean alloy wheels

Step one: Rinse the wheels to remove dirt and brake dust, spray them with a hose attachment that will deliver a fine stream of water.

Step two: Rub the wheels with a wet sponge. Starting the process this way will remove most of the remaining brake dust and dirt, this helps to prevent scratching the alloy when scrubbing the surface during the next stage.

Step three: Remove any remaining dirt and debris from the alloy wheels with FUZE Alloy Wheel Cleaner, to do this:
  • Pour the cleaner into an easy to use spray bottle and spray the product onto the alloy wheel, allow to stand for 2-3 minutes.
  • Use an old toothbrush to clean the crevices in the wheels.
  • Scrub the wheels with the sponge.
Step four: Rinse off the cleaner and spray the wheels with a hose to remove any remaining product or dirt.

Step five: Dry the wheels with a microfiber cloth or chamois.
