Soft Washing Vs Power Washing

https://fuze-products.co.uk/

The differences between soft washing and power washing
Soft washing is the process of using eco-friendly chemicals and low-pressure water to clean walls, roofs, paths, conservatories etc.

Soft washing is

  • suitable for cleaning modern exterior renders, natural slate, concrete, and slate roofs.  It gives fast results without damaging the surface.
  • A cost-effective way to clean and restore brick drives and concrete paths.  It can take a few days for the product to fully cleanse the surface. But once restored, a light annual treatment keeps all surfaces looking clean.

Power washing is

  • A great way to get immediate results that look good – but unfortunately only for a short time.

Soft washing has many advantages over power washing

  • Longer lasting results
  • Uses less water
  • More cost-effective
  • Is safe for all known building materials
  • Non Toxic
  • Does not damage the surface being cleaned
  • Kills the spores that are left behind by power washing or bleaching

Soft washing also has a couple of limitations

  • The results are not instant, requiring a short wait of a few days
  • A second application may be required on heavily soiled surfaces
